WorkFuture Ltd, in conjuction with JobFit Systems assesses the fitness of individuals before they start work in Australia. The testing includes strength, fitness, working postures, lifting and carrying ability. Health Surveillance for Employees

A timber company needed to comply with H&S regulations and provide Surveillance tests for employees exposed to risks at work. The employees were exposed to noise, vibration and chemicals so needed to be screened for breathing, hearing, and skin problems as well as Hand Arm Vibration for those working with vibrating tools. WorkFuture Ltd undertook the surveillance with specialist nurse trained in hand Arm Vibration assessment. The company was able to demonstrate to the HSE that they had complied with the H&S regulations and managing the health of their employees safely.

Greenwood Academy Wellbeing & Massage Event

To celebrate the completion of a new building and to thank the staff for all their patience during the upheaval Greenwood Academy rewarded their staff with a Workplace Wellbeing Event. WorkFuture Ltd provided the staff with the chance to relax and unwind with a workplace massage by two dedicated Wellbeing Therapists and to learn ways to work more comfortably under professional guidance.
